Cancellation Policy

At 406 Rides of Flathead County, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure we can provide dependable service to all our clients in the Flathead Valley, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

1. Standard Reservations (Individual & Small Groups)For standard airport transfers, Amtrak pickups, and local rides, we require at least 48 hours' notice for a cancellation.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit/fare.

2. Large Group & Specialized BookingsDue to the additional coordination required for larger parties and custom tours, we require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations involving large groups or full-day charters.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Flight and Train DelaysWe actively track all arrivals at Glacier Park International (FCA) and the Whitefish/West Glacier Amtrak stations.

• If your flight or train is delayed, your reservation remains secure, and no cancellation fees will apply as we adjust our timing to meet you.
• However, if your travel is cancelled by the carrier, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule or process a refund.

4. "Independent Partnership" CoordinationIf we have coordinated a ride for you through one of our Independent Partners because we were unavailable, the cancellation policy of that specific partner may apply. We will do our best to inform you of any differing terms at the time of booking.

5. How to CancelTo cancel or reschedule your ride, please contact us directly via phone or email as soon as possible.
