Rates and Payment

Fares for quoting and prepayment are estimated using information from Google maps; however, there may be additional charges upon arrival at the final destination due to unplanned activities such as wait times, additional stops requested by the passengers, detours, returns for forgotten items, etc. 


AS OF 2/1/2025, prepayment is required for all prebooked rides.  The driver will not be dispatched until the payment is received. A 35% cancellation fee is will be applied to all rides cancelled within 24 hours of the original scheduled pickup time.

Local Rideshare 

Rides beginning and ending within the core area surrounding Kalispell, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls*

Mileage rates:

1-4 passengers: $3.50 per loaded mile

5-7 passengers: $3.75 per loaded mile


*Note: Kalispell (59901), Whitefish (59937), and Columbia Falls (59912) addresses cover large rural areas outside of the city limits. Not all locations with addresses in these zip codes are included in the core area.


Remote Rideshare: 

Rides beginning and/or ending outside of the core surrounding Kalispell, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls*


Due to the rural nature of Montana, rides may require drivers and vehicles to travel large distances with no passengers to/from the pickup/drop-off locations(s).


When either the pickup OR drop-off locations is inside the core area, the fare is determined using the estimated time from the pick-up location then to the drop-off location(s).


When the pickup AND drop-off are both outside of the core area, the fare is determined using the estimated time from Glacier Park International Airport to the pick-up location then to the drop-off location(s).


1-4 passengers: $2.00 per minute

5-7 passengers: $2.50 per minute

Personal Driver, Charter, and Tour:  

1-4 passengers: $75 for the first hour then $15 for each 15 minutes afterward. Minimum 1 hour.

5-7 passengers: $100 for the first hour then $18.75 for each 15 minutes afterward. Minimum 1 hour.


Concierge (Shopping): Mileage/Time rate plus 20% surcharge on the purchase not including tip or tax (minimum $5.00).

 

Parcel/courier: Mileage/Time rate plus $15.00 per item (can fit in the trunk of a car)

 

Large Item Transport: Mileage/Time rate plus $30.00 per item (requires pickup truck or trailer)
